Hampton by Hilton Xin Tian

The hotel is great. After climbing Mount Tai, I drove an hour and a half to check in. The hotel reception staff were very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Le, Xiao Zhang, and Xiao Li, who upgraded our room for free. The room is big, new and clean. Because the family of three was traveling, a breakfast was given to the children. The room price was very affordable and it was the best hotel we stayed in this week. The front desk also gave the children a gift when checking out, which really exceeded expectations. Awesome.

酒店位置不錯，環境比較安靜，房間配套設施很好，温馨舒適，停車場充足、方便、免費，重要的是工作人員服務好，包括保潔人員、餐廳服務人員都也彬彬有禮，尤其是前台服務態度很好，早餐也比較豐富，還會再來！

裝修很新，房間面積很大!床鋪很舒服，設施很新，很智能，位置很好，餐飲有中餐西餐，都很不錯，比一般的四星級酒店好!下次如果有機會來新泰，一定再來小住!對了，服務員態度都很好小張小樂小霞

此次入住貴酒店，我深深感受到了賓至如歸的温暖，而這其中，前廳部主管小霞出色的服務給我留下了尤為深刻的印象。在入住期間，我遇到了預訂訊息有誤以及車牌錄入延遲的問題，這些問題一度讓我感到困擾。幸得前廳部主管小霞的幫助，所有問題得以迅速而妥善地解決。  前廳部主管小霞不僅展現了卓越的專業能力，還以其熱情、禮貌和耐心的態度，為我的住宿體驗增添了許多温暖。整個過程中，她的服務態度始終如一，讓人感受到無微不至的關懷。
